Apart from that I enjoyed Kerala as my the course location iit was fantastic. it’s truly “ Gods own country”. I was looking for a TESOL course in India. Most course offered seemed to be located in large metropolitan cities in the country. Kochi sounded like a smaller and more pleasant location than most. But Kochi turned out to be much more congested and polluted than I thought it would be. The pollution gave a terrible allergy attach, which made me sick for 2-3 weeks. I finally recovered however. The course gave me my first experience in teaching and has helped me feel that teaching is something I am capable of doing.
After studying several different providers of English language teaching courses in India, I chose ATI because they offered the course in Kerala, which is one of my favorite location plus ATI offered an internship after the course which was not available with any other providers.
I had an incredibly valuable experience during my TESOL course in Kochi. My trainer was an outstanding teacher. She was very supportive and encouraging throughout the entire course. I now look forward to undertaking my internship in Kerala and becoming a teacher.
