TESOL Course
American TESOL Institute promises to give you an accredited TEFL certificate after the completion of the course which goes on for four weeks. ATI makes sure that their students can participate in frequent teaching practices so that the practical experience helps them in their performances as teachers later. American TESOL Institute conducts their courses in India, Thailand, Nepal and Indonesia. TEFL Courses in India are conducted in Kerala and Kolkata. Online TESOL courses can also be done by the candidates and ATI promises to give complete assistance via chat and mails. ATI does not limit its duties to just giving the accredited TEFL certificate but it assists the candidated in fulfilling their dreams of being a ESL teacher by helping them find jobs.
When all the institutes were hunting for native English speakers with a degree as the eligibility criterion for getting TESOL certified, I found American TESOL Institute which offered me to do a TESOL Course in my dream holiday spot, Thailand , even after knowing that I am an Asian (non-English speaking) and not even a degree holder. I am now have a TESOL certificate and I am teaching at a primary school in my own country, Indonesia.
The course was enjoyable and the support from the team as a whole was great. Our Trainer was enthusiastic, patient and provided us with a beautiful supply of information and her teaching experience throughout the course. The staff here has been very helpful and I am also excited about my placement in Kerala. I feel very confident and well prepared to teach my own class. Taking this course was a great decision and has opened many doors for me.
After being turned down by most of the institutes because of my old age, suddenly coming across American TESOL Institute, caused much relief and gave a boost to my self-confidence once again. I am grateful to ATI for giving me a scope to certify myself with a TEFL by enrolling myself for Regular course in Thailand, which had no age bar for anyone. Not only that, ATI has helped with placement after the course as well. I am extremely satisfied with the Course and the added advantage of exploring a beautiful country like Thailand made it worth going for. ATI made me feel young at 62 years assisting me and giving me great opportunities to teach and be with children, instilling lots of vigor and valor within me. All the Best ATI !
Hi all, ATI experience was mixed, but Thailand is great! Phuket is Fantastic! ATI have great TESOL trainer and the location where the conducted the course was really nice. The Organising part was weak. In all great time, and wonderful experience!
Once being here I have had a great experience which exceeded my expectation with the faculties who was competent enough and have enjoyed the class mates as well. I have learned a lot and I feel fairly confident in my ability to do teach English. To add on Thailand was Bangkok was fantastic & now I’m just counting the days when I go back again.
With the excitement of a young kid, I got onto a training at Bangkok. You might be bursting out in laughter as you read this post, but I just can’t prevent myself from penning it down. It was good, it was fun! The support from all the team members was excellent and I feel confident to go out into the real world. I’tll be fun to teach and not be a boring old fart like my old language teacher at school.
It was a memorable experience with the team of American TESOL in Thailand. I chose to take up their project because I would like to enlarge my teaching skills, meet people from other countries. Also, I think the short contract was appealing, as it gives a good amount of time to decide whether or not the school is a good fit, without looking me into something long learn.
